About Angela
Hi, I’m Angela! For the past decade, I’ve worked in the health and wellness industry as a personal trainer and health coach, and now as an RD, I’m passionate about guiding people toward a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. My background in both fitness and nutrition gives me a unique perspective, I understand not only how food fuels the body but also how mindset, movement, and lifestyle all work together to create lasting health. What excites me most is helping people connect the dots between these areas so they can feel stronger, more confident, and more at ease in their everyday lives. My journey started when I realized how much nutrition was the missing piece of the puzzle in my own fitness goals. That realization sparked my desire to dive deeper into the science of nutrition and how it connects with every aspect of health - physical, mental, and emotional.

My approach is individualized and compassionate. I meet each individual where they are, using evidence-based strategies, root-cause exploration, and a whole-body lens. I believe that health isn’t about quick fixes but about building sustainable habits, step by step.
