About Angela
I am a registered dietitian dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful, sustainable changes in their health without overwhelm or perfectionism. My work is rooted in partnership: meeting you where you are, identifying what truly matters to you, and building realistic nutrition and lifestyle habits that compound over time. I believe progress happens through attainable steps, consistent support, and celebrating wins along the way, creating a âsnowball effectâ that leads to lasting success.
Approach to care
My approach is patient-driven, collaborative, and motivational. I view myself as a coach, accountability partner, and source of practical guidance not a rule enforcer or one-size-fits-all expert. Together, we focus on goals that feel achievable and aligned with your life, values, and preferences. I often begin by asking: Where do you want to be in your health journey six months from now? A year from now? And how can I help you enjoy getting there? These questions guide our work, ensuring your plan supports not just outcomes, but quality of life. My goal is to help you feel confident, empowered, and capableâbuilding momentum through small, sustainable changes that lead to long-term results.
Your first session with Angela
Your sessions will be a judgment free, supportive conversation designed to understand you as a whole person, not just your nutrition history. We will discuss your current routines, challenges, health goals, and what success looks like to you. You can expect: -A clear understanding of your priorities and motivations -Collaborative goal setting that feels realistic and attainable -Practical strategies you can begin using right away -A supportive plan that emphasizes progress, not perfection By the end of the session, youâll leave with clarity, direction, and a sense of confidence in your next steps.
Education
I hold formal training in nutrition and dietetics from Loma Linda Medical Center School of Allied Health and maintain ongoing education to stay current with evidence-based practices. My work blends clinical knowledge with real world application, ensuring recommendations are both scientifically sound and practical for everyday life.
Hobbies
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, exploring hiking trails, taking an early morning walk in town, maybe visit the local farmer's market, creating new recipes, spending time with friends and family, and finding simple ways to support balance and well-being. These interests influence my approach to care, favoring flexibility, enjoyment, and sustainable habits that fit into real lives.
