Your first session with Angela

During our first session, we’ll begin by taking the time to get to know you—your current lifestyle, habits, and the goals you’d like to achieve while working together. This initial conversation helps us understand what matters most to you so we can create a plan that is tailored specifically to your needs. By the end of the session, you will leave with actionable steps—realistic, manageable "experiments" to help you start making meaningful lifestyle changes at a pace that works for you.
