About Angela

Angela is a non-diet, weight inclusive Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor based in SE Michigan. She loves supporting clients with developing a healthy relationship with food and body image. She has extensive training in PCOS, eating disorder recovery, as well as plant-based nutrition. She's committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care.

Approach to care

Angela takes a person-centered, non-jugemental approach to nutrition counseling sessions. She sees each person as a unique individual on their own path to wellness. She has counseled hundreds of patients through the process of healing their relationship with food and body image and improving their overall health and well-being.

Your first session with Angela

Angela aims to create a comfortable space for you to share your current eating concerns and struggles, what has or hasn't worked for you in the past, and get a clear picture of your goals for working together. From there she will provide insight and next steps based on the information shared.
