Hello! I'm Angelica. I'm a Registered Dietitian with over 5 years of experience in both inpatient, outpatient, and sport related settings. In my 5+ years of experience, I have worked with hundreds of people to help them reach their goals. Having worked in a clinical and sport nutrition setting, I can work with anyone interested in reaching their goals from improving performance to improving health outcomes. In the clinical setting, I have worked with many health conditions including heart disease, liver diseases, weight management, diabetes, and digestive disorders. I combine evidence based nutrition with lifestyle coaching to help individuals build long term habits to support your overall well-being. Whether your goals is to manage your weight, build strength, improve confidence, or create a sustainable healthy lifestyle you'll love, I strive to be a guide who can support you.

I believe in a holistic approach towards health and understand that health looks different on everyone. Everyone comes with their own history, starting point, and goals and I am dedicated to being a guide who will strive to support your unique needs each step of the way. Your first session with Angelica
In your first session, you can expect to build rapport to get to know one another. We will be able to discuss your nutrition history, expectations, struggles, barriers, and goals in detail. Our sessions should feel comfortable and easy. My goal is to create a supportive environment so we can work together as a team to create a plan specifically for you. After your first session, you can expect to have resources and an action plan that you can use to get started on your goals.
