About Anita
Hi, I’m Anita. I help people create realistic, sustainable changes that support their health without guilt, shame, or overwhelm. I know many of my patients come to me feeling stuck — maybe you’ve tried multiple plans, felt confused by conflicting nutrition advice, or struggled to stay consistent while juggling a busy life. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and make the path forward feel clear, doable, and compassionate. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with weight management, emotional eating, chronic conditions, and long-term behavior change. Over the years, I’ve learned that people don’t need perfection — they need understanding, flexibility, and a plan that truly fits their lifestyle. That’s why our sessions are collaborative and personalized. I take time to get to know your routines, stressors, motivations, and goals so we can build strategies that actually work for you.
Approach to care
My counseling style is warm, supportive, and practical. I like to blend structure with flexibility, offering steady accountability and encouragement while helping you break your goals into manageable steps. You can expect a judgment-free space where you can be honest about your challenges and feel genuinely supported through the ups and downs of change. I’m not here to push rigid rules; I’m here to understand your real life and help you create sustainable routines that make you feel better, stronger, and more in control of your health.
Your first session with Anita
Working with me, you’ll have someone who listens closely, celebrates your wins, and helps you build confidence in your ability to make meaningful progress. My focus isn’t only on numbers — it’s on helping you feel better, regain control, and create habits that last. If you’re ready for a fresh, compassionate approach to nutrition, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
