About Anjali

I have been a registered dietitian since 1994 with licenses in Ohio and Pennsylvania. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and a B.S. in Food Science and Nutrition from S.N.D.T. University, Mumbai, plus U.S. prerequisites and internship at the University of Minnesota. With over 30 years’ experience, I currently serve as a Staff Dietitian at Season Health and at The Immunodeficiency Center, Einstein Healthcare Network (since Aug 2025). Previously, I held roles at Ohio State University, Mt. Carmel Home Care, Ohio Hospital of Psychiatry, Mazzoni Center, Philadelphia Public Health, MANNA, and New Beginnings Head Start, including director positions.

Approach to care

My approach includes listening actively, assessing readiness, utilizing behavioral tools such as food records, SMART goals. Additionally, I promote sustainable habits through mindful eating, regular meals, proper sleep, stress management and exercise.

Your first session with Anjali

I will start by asking them what they would like to achieve at the end of this session and what are their long-term goals. What has helped and hurt if they have worked with another dietitian. Then, listening attentively to patients' needs and developing comprehensive plan and strategies to attain their goals.
