I work with clients to create realistic, personalized goals that fit their lifestyle, preferences, and cultural background. A little more about me: I’m passionate about cooking and baking—there’s nothing better than creating something delicious and wholesome from scratch. When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors—Walking, biking, camping, or just soaking up the sun. Nature keeps me grounded, and it’s a big part of my own wellness routine.
