About Ann

Hi, I'm Ann. I've spent 20 years as a Registered Dietitian, anchored by an MS in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University and hands-on training at the Mailman Center for Child Development of Pediatrics at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. My work spans private practice, community health, and sports nutrition, and I'm credentialed as an IBCLC and RDN with LDN. I practice in Stuart, Florida, and when I'm not meeting with clients you'll find me practicing yoga, hiking, mountain biking, or cooking. I'm passionate about helping people nourish health and build lasting habits.

Approach to care

My approach is evidence-based, empathetic, and educational. I believe in meeting you where you are and translating science into practical steps you can use. We'll work together in a framework that favors sustainable changes over quick fixes. I see you as a whole person, and I tailor plans to your values, lifestyle, and goals. This collaboration emphasizes ongoing learning and empowerment so you feel confident making choices that support long term health.

Your first session with Ann

Our first visit is a conversation about you. We'll explore your goals, routines, and challenges in a nonjudgmental space. You don't need to have it all figured out; we'll map a clear, doable plan together. I use a collaborative problem solving approach to help you set 1-2 practical steps to start this week. If breastfeeding support is part of your journey, we'll discuss it and tailor our approach to fit your life goals.
