About Ann
Hello. My name is Annie. I became a Registered Dietitian in 2008 and have enjoyed supporting people in building sustainable, healthy habits ever since. I have spent the majority of my career working in a hospital setting, helping a wide variety of patients learn how to make nutrition changes tailored to their diagnoses and individual needs. My approach to food and nutrition is about balance. Truly, all foods can fit.
Approach to care
My goal in working with clients is to create a trusting, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and weight-neutral, grounded in clinical experience and research-based nutrition. I focus on meeting clients where they are, listening to their experiences, and working together to create realistic, personalized strategies that feel supportiveānot restrictiveāand promote long-term well-being.
