About Anna
I witnessed health disparities close to home from my grandfather’s pituitary to my mother’s struggles with chronic stress malabsorption. These experiences ignited my passion for understanding the human body. Influenced by diet culture, my family’s attempts to lose weight led to disordered eating patterns that I too fell into. Ten years later, I found peace. Shifting my goals from aesthetics to skill, I learned to nourish my body through proper nutrition and yoga, calming my mind and spirit. Now, I embrace intentional planning and allow space for grace, focusing on what enhances my life. I am love and light when I nurture my inner world, empowering me to show up with energy and zest.
