About Anna

Hi, my name is Anna. I specialize in weight concerns, disordered eating, and IBS or chronic gut dysbiosis. I am also a diabetes educator and have experience with post-operative bariatric care and GLP-1 medications. My ideal client is someone who struggles with emotional eating, chronic dieting, or experience their body as being “against them”— folks open to exploring the root causes of food and body issues with curiosity and honesty It can feel overwhelming to delve into these patterns—especially when you’re unsure where to start, fear failure, or have a history of being overly restrictive in an attempt to “do everything right.” We will take small, manageable steps at each visit to support change and to better understand why, despite “knowing what to do,” we can't seem to change. I want all my clients to find complete freedom and peace in the body (self)! =D

Approach to care

My approach to care is rooted in integrative nutrition— seeing the mind, body, and spirit as one. I combine conventional, evidence-based nutrition strategies such as blood sugar regulation, the plate method, symptom tracking, and supplementation with complementary therapies that address nervous system disregulation, support self-awareness, and build a mind-body connection. I believe you already have the wisdom about what is best for you, even if that truth feels inaccessible right now.

Your first session with Anna

In our first session, I will gather information and get to know you more deeply. I want to understand your eating patterns, symptoms, medical history, food preferences, lifestyle, and the challenges you face in managing your condition or reaching your goals. We’ll explore what motivates you to seek change and what feels most important for you to experience or overcome. Together, we will create a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and attainable.
