About Anna
My name is Anna, and I became a dietitian to help others develop a healthy relationship with their diet. I have experience providing nutrition counseling to individuals with various medical conditions. Since having my first child, I became passionate in women's health, which is why I became a Certified Lactation Counselor. This allows me to provide more in-depth care for women interested in breastfeeding and needing nutrition support to meet their breastfeeding goals. Whether you are wanting to improve your diet to better manage your medical conditions or are needing guidance with your diet from preconception to postpartum, I want to help you meet all of your nutrition goals!
Approach to care
I believe in an individualized and collaborative approach to your care. You are unique and require your own tailored nutrition approach to best meet your needs. I will utilize evidence-based recommendations along with listening to your needs to help develop the best nutrition plan for you. Together, we will create your ideal nutrition roadmap that will help you reach your desired goals. I support a weight-neutral, intuitive eating framework because you are much more than a number on a scale. Instead, we will focus on all of you, your wins no matter how small you feel they are, and creating realistic, sustainable, and LASTING changes.
Your first session with Anna
During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other better and creating a safe, supportive environment for open conversation without fear of judgement. During this initial session, I will listen to your past experiences, questions, and concerns to work with you on creating your individualized nutrition plan. We will focus on what you want for yourself in the short-term and long-term future. By the end of the session, you will have a better understanding of realistic goals for you and ways to start making sustainable changes today. Remember, these goals take time! We will continue to work together in future sessions to really focus on your individualized nutrition plan.
