About Anna

Hi, I'm Anna. I hold an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics and am a registered dietitian with credentials MS, LDN, RD. Over the past three years I’ve practiced in clinical and hospital teams, private practice, and corporate wellness, translating science into practical nutrition for real life. I value sustainable change over quick fixes and strive to meet you where you are and build a plan that works for you. I look forward to hearing your story and partnering with you on a compassionate, evidence-based path to your health goals.

Approach to care

As a clinician I ground my work in current science while staying deeply collaborative and empathetic. Every plan I develop is tailored to your life and goals. We’ll move at a pace that feels doable, with clear actions and accountability to keep us on track. I focus on sustainable behaviors rather than (or in addition to) weight outcomes, and I meet you where you are without judgment. My approach is holistic and educational, helping you understand the why behind choices so you can stay empowered.

Your first session with Anna

Our first session is all about you. We’ll review your medical history and medications, dive into your relationship with food, and start framing short-term goals that feel attainable. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; this is a collaborative conversation, not an exam. I’ll listen, ask questions, and together we’ll outline 1 to 3 actionable steps/goals you can start with before our next visit. I want you to feel supported, hopeful, and understood as we begin this journey together.
