About Anna
Anna is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Certified Health Coach. She has been a dietitian for 10 years and worked in a variety of settings with all different ages and populations. She originally thought she wanted to be a wedding planner and caterer but after taking a nutrition course and overcoming her own struggles in her relationship with food and her body, she knew that a career in nutrition was the right path for her. Anna specializes in sports nutrition and disordered eating and eating disorders. She is passionate about helping individuals connect with their bodies to reach their personal health and wellness goals.
Approach to care
Anna takes a holistic and personalized approach, taking into account her clients as a whole. She likes to understand all aspects of your life that may be contributing to your food choices, thoughts about food, and behaviors around food. She recognizes and understands that making changes can be challenging and utilizes a warm and empathetic approach. She wants her clients to feel seen and heard. Anna will help break down your wellness journey into small manageable steps, motivating you and empowering you along the way. Her goal is to help you find a mindful, sustainable, and balanced way to eat that makes you feel good in your life.
Your first session with Anna
The first appointment is usually a get-to-know-you session. Anna will compete a thorough assessment, asking a lot of questions about your medical and dieting history, your current eating and exercising routine and lifestyle habits, any concerns you have about your health, and review your goals and vision for the future. Anna will collaborate with you to come up with a realistic and manageable plan for success that is tailored for you.
