Approach to care
Her approach is a Functional Medicine, whole health, approach. The aim is to try to keep things as simple as possible and educate individuals as they go through each session. The needs and goals of individual patients are taken into consideration when meeting with them and a treatment plan is developed with set goals. The first session is usually a "getting to know you" and helps to determine how to outline the basics of the treatment plan and how often appointments need to be. The treatment plans are structured behind evidenced based interventions and are built around the current information.
Your first session with Anna
The first session is a getting to know you session and gives us a chance to understand the best way to approach care based off of individual needs and goals. By the end of the first session, a general plan of action is as to where a person is to start and a list of what other information of what maybe need from the patient.
