With a Masterās in Health Science in Nutrition Communication, Iām passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health through personalized nutrition. I specialize in heart health, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Type 2 Diabetes, dyslipidemia, and mindful eating. With over three years of experience, I create evidence-based nutrition plans tailored to my clientsā needs.
