I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with a deep passion for health and wellness. Having faced my own nutrition challenges, I understand the complexities of finding a balanced, sustainable approach to eating. Throughout my career I have helped individuals with wide ranges of health concerns, dietary restrictions, and chronic conditions find realistic ways to achieve optimal nutrition. I believe that food is both fuel and medicine, and I strive to empower others with practical, personalized nutrition strategies that promote long-term-well-being.

Your first session with Anna
During your first session, we'll take the time to get to know each other so I can better understand your goals, needs, and any challenges you may be facing. I'll ask some questions to learn more about your lifestyle, preferences, and health history, which will help us find the approach that works best for you. Together we'll set a specific goal for the week -- one that feels realistic, achievable, and tailored to your unique needs -- and discuss how to best accomplish it. Before we wrap up, we'll find a time that works best for your next session, where we will discuss how the week went, see what's working/not working, and adjust as needed to keep you moving forward.
