About Anna

Anna brings nearly two decades of expertise in clinical nutrition, leadership, and patient-centered care. Anna’s clinical experience spans across the lifespan—from pediatric to geriatric populations—and includes extensive work with the indigent community. She is well-versed in gastrointestinal conditions, therapeutic diets, and evidence-based interventions to support overall health and well-being. Passionate about the power of nutrition to transform health outcomes, Anna continues to advocate for equitable access to nutrition care and strives to integrate compassionate, culturally responsive, and research-driven approaches into her work.

Approach to care

I believe that good nutrition is personal, and it should fit into your life in a way that feels realistic and supportive. My goal is to listen carefully to your needs, understand your health concerns, and work with you to create a plan that feels doable and meaningful. I focus on: Whole-person health – looking beyond lab numbers to support your overall well-being. Practical solutions – offering guidance that fits your lifestyle, culture, and preferences. Education and support – making sure you feel confident about the choices you’re making. Compassion and respect – creating a safe space where your voice is valued. Every patient’s journey is unique, and I am committed to walking alongside you to help you feel your best.

Your first session with Anna

Your first session is all about getting to know you. I want to understand your health history, your goals, and the challenges you may be facing. We’ll talk about your typical eating habits, lifestyle, and any medical conditions that may affect your nutrition. During your first visit, you can expect: A welcoming conversation – I’ll ask questions and listen closely to understand your unique needs and values. Review of your health background – including medical history, medications, and lab results (if available). Goal setting – we’ll identify nutrition goals that feel meaningful to you, whether that means managing a condition, improving energy, or supporting long-term wellness. An individualized plan – together we’ll begin designing a step-by-step approach that is practical and tailored to your lifestyle. Clear next steps – you’ll leave with resources, suggestions, and a follow-up plan so you know exactly how we’ll continue working together.
