Hi, I’m Anna! I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist with a genuine passion for supporting people with compassion, empathy, and respect. I believe food is more than nutrients; it connects us, brings joy, and plays a meaningful role in our daily lives. We live to eat and eat to live, and I love helping clients explore what food means to them personally. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported. Whether you’re navigating a health concern, building new habits, or simply wanting to feel better in your body, I’m here as your nutrition expert and partner. Together, we’ll create realistic, personalized steps to help you reach your goals and feel confident in your choices.

My approach to care is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and practicality. I believe nutrition should fit your life... not the other way around. Rather than expecting you to follow strict rules or make drastic changes overnight, I work with you to build small, realistic habits that create meaningful, long-term progress. I take the time to understand your lifestyle, preferences, challenges, and strengths so we can create a plan that feels doable and personal. You can expect sessions that are supportive, judgment-free, and focused on helping you gain confidence with food. I provide clear guidance, evidence-based recommendations, and plenty of encouragement along the way. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, empowered, and equipped with simple steps that move you toward your nutrition goals while still enjoying the foods that make life enjoyable.

Your first session with Anna

Think of our first session as a conversation with someone who’s on your team. There is no pressure to have anything prepared. Simply, the first session is designed to get to know you, your preferences, what food means to you, what you want to work on, etc. There is no expectation to have everything figured out. Come as you are, and we will make a plan together for the next steps!

Outside of work, I am active with Wellness bodybuilding, hip-hop dance, yoga, and volunteering with local dietitians. Each week, I set aside time for meal prep and love experimenting in the kitchen. Lately, I’ve been on a kick trying different styles of savory Asian pancakes. Cooking, creating, and staying connected to my community keep me energized and inspired both personally and professionally.
