About Annaliese
I’m a Registered Dietitian who helps clients find a balanced, sustainable approach to nutrition and health. My goal is to help you feel confident with food and your body, without strict rules or overwhelm. With a background in both nutrition and fitness, I love helping people build habits that feel realistic, flexible, and supportive of their goals. I believe there’s no one “right” way to eat, and that finding what works for you is key to long-term success and peace with food.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in balance, flexibility, and sustainability. Together, we’ll focus on building habits that support your energy, confidence, and long-term health without unnecessary restriction. I take a supportive, realistic approach that values progress over perfection.
Your first session with Annaliese
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what’s been working for you, what’s felt challenging, and what you’d like to focus on. I’ll ask about your goals, daily routines, and relationship with food so I can understand the full picture. From there, we’ll start building a plan that feels realistic and sustainable for your lifestyle - no judgment or pressure, just support and collaboration.
