About Anne
I am a registered dietitian who knows the struggles of balancing a love for food and healthy eating healthy. In addition to my role with Nourish, I teach dietetics students and volunteer in professional organizations. I love spending time with family, traveling, and wandering grocery stores to find new foods to try.
Approach to care
My approach to care is individualized and goal-oriented. I want to help you identify your health goals and then work with you to achieve them. I recommend evidence-based strategies to improve your nutrition and quality of life. My hope is that you leave each session with me empowered to try something new and motivated.
Your first session with Anne
During a first session we'll spend a little time getting to know each other and then we'll dive into your questions and work on solutions together. We will talk about your history with dietitians, your usual diet, and go over your concerns. It can daunting to work with someone new, but I create a welcoming environment where we can work together.
