About Anne

Hi there! I’m Annie, a dietitian with a passion for helping people find balance and confidence in their health. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient nutrition, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals at various stages of their health journey. I love working one-on-one with clients to help them reach their goals—whether it’s through nutrition education, guidance, or just being a supportive partner along the way. My goal is to make the process feel approachable, enjoyable, and tailored to fit your unique needs.

Approach to care

My approach to care is rooted in respecting each individual’s unique relationship with food. Through principles of intuitive eating, I help clients reconnect with their body’s natural cues, fostering trust in their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction. I emphasize meeting you exactly where you are on your health journey. Whether you're ready to make small changes or tackle bigger challenges, I work alongside you to develop a plan that feels realistic and sustainable. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution—together, we’ll explore your goals, preferences, and values to create a path forward that feels empowering and achievable. My goal is to help you build a positive, flexible relationship with food that supports your overall health and happiness. With empathy and a non-judgmental approach, I create a space where you can explore your needs, navigate challenges, and move toward a balanced, confident approach to eating.

Your first session with Anne

In our first session, we’ll chat about what you’re looking to get out of working with a dietitian and make sure we’re a good fit. We’ll go over your relationship with food, medical history, symptoms, food preferences, and anything else that feels important. From there, I’ll share some helpful info, and we’ll start putting together a plan that feels realistic and right for you.
