About Anne-Marie
Hello! I’m Anne-Marie and I have been working in the health and wellness field for over 25 years. In addition to being a Registered Dietitian, I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher and former fitness instructor and personal trainer. I love working with individuals and families on small or large goals related to health and wellness. I’m a busy working mom of two, trying to do what many of you are trying to do – maintain my health while working, parenting, and juggling! Dealing with aging family and raising kids. I work with adults and children, men and women, and I especially love working with women dealing with perimenopause, menopause, aging, fertility, and post-partum nutrition needs. I also work with people struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating, heart health, prediabetes, and love to focus on prevention where possible.
Approach to care
I have a patient-centered approach to care and will work with you to identify motivators, challenges, and set realistic and achievable goals. I have a keen understanding of behavior change, what motivates people to change, and how to get set up for success in change.
Your first session with Anne-Marie
The first session is an opportunity for me to learn as much as possible about you, your current health status, your health history and family history, and your goals. What would you like to achieve? How can I help you? This session is a chance for us to do some background intel on you and your needs so that we can start tackling goals and lifestyle changes in future visits. Change takes time, accountability, and progress… not perfection. 😊
