About Anne

Hi, I'm Anne. With eight years as a Registered Dietitian and a masters of science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, I bring experience from clinical hospital settings, private practice, consulting, and corporate wellness to my work. I stay up to date on the latest nutrition research and love translating science into practical plans you can actually follow. When I'm not helping clients, you might find me in the kitchen cooking/baking, working in my garden, reading, or tackling a new home project. I look forward to working with you!

Approach to care

I believe care should be evidence-based, compassionate, and sustainable. My approach is grounded in current research and proven strategies, but delivered in a way that takes your daily life into consideration. I work with you, not at you, to explore your relationship with food, mental well-being, and health goals. I take an intuitive eating approach, focusing on habits and behaviors rather than restrictions. Holistic care means looking at sleep, stress, and environment, and I make sure you leave each session with clear, achievable steps. I want to empower you with knowledge so you can make informed choices long after our sessions end. I am dedicated to helping you reach your goals while building a positive relationship with food.

Your first session with Anne

Think of our first session as a collaborative conversation about you. We'll review your medical history and lifestyle, establish short term goals, and start shaping a realistic meal plan that fits your life. You don't need to have everything figured out yet; we'll take it step by step. We'll talk about what matters most to you, what has worked in the past, and what feels doable now. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of direction and goals to begin working on, with support and accountability along the way.
