About Anni
After completing an MPH with a Nutrition Concentration at UNC Chapel Hill, I moved into community health where I learned to meet people where they are and translate public health ideas into everyday choices. My practice as an RDN is supporting people through realistic, education-focused nutrition care. Outside of sessions you'll often find me at Pilates, testing new recipes in the kitchen, or lost in a good book! I enjoy helping patients take small, sustainable steps that fit their lives.
Approach to care
I center care in current evidence while keeping things warm, practical, and nonjudgmental. We'll work together to build sustainable habits, focusing on behaviors that support long-term well-being rather than quick fixes or restrictive rules. I use a weight-neutral lens, honoring health at every size and looking at the whole person, including sleep, stress, movement, and emotions. My goal is to teach you the why and the how so you leave feeling confident and able to make choices that last. Food should be fun!
Your first session with Anni
Our first visit is a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we'll review your medical history and the routines that shape your days. You don't need to have everything figured out; we'll listen, identify what matters most to you, and establish one or two realistic short-term goals together. Expect clear, practical steps and gentle accountability, plus an educational approach so you understand the reasoning behind each suggestion as we plan next steps.
