About Annie

I’m a bilingual Registered Dietitian (English/Spanish) with over 15 years of experience providing integrative and preventive nutrition services to individuals and organizations. I specialize in creating personalized nutrition plans throughout the lifecycle—from prenatal and pediatric care to managing conditions like ADHD, Autism, Alzheimers's, diabetes, digestive issues, SIBO, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, and complex mental health concerns. I was also part of a multidisciplinary team at the Preventive Medicine Research Institute, contributing to the first lifestyle medicine-based randomized controlled trial aimed at reversing Alzheimer’s disease.

Approach to care

I partner with clients to create personalized nutrition strategies tailored to their specific health and wellness goals. My approach goes beyond just food—I take a whole-person view, considering nutrition alongside movement, sleep, stress management, and emotional well-being to support lasting health improvements.

Your first session with Annie

During our first session, I will assess your health history, lab work, eating patterns, and daily routines to develop a well-rounded, approachable nutrition plan. This includes tailored meal ideas and recipes to support healing, along with supplement suggestions to help fill any nutritional gaps.
