I have been working in the nutrition field for close to a decade now. I have worked in a variety of fields with a variety of populations. I am passionate about helping people and individualizing goals and behavioral changes to best fit their lifestyle.
Approach to care
My approach to care is empathy and accountability, meeting people where they are, and personalizing goals to meet the patient's unique lifestyle. Patients should be at the forefront of their care. I am here to guide patients to make the best informed decisions about their diet and health.
