About Annie
Hi! I’m Annie, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping you create a balanced approach to food that fits your life. I simplify nutrition so you can feel confident and in control of your eating while building habits that hat enhance your wellbeing, energy, and confidence. I help clients make meaningful, lasting changes that work for their everyday routine.
Approach to care
I focus on research-based strategies that fit seamlessly into your everyday life. With your individual goals and preferences in mind, we’ll create habits that are easy to integrate and maintain. I guide clients in making small, achievable adjustments that support long-term health. By focusing on whole foods, mindful eating, and realistic lifestyle changes, I help clients recognize each step forward as they feel more energized, confident, and motivated.
Your first session with Annie
During your first session, we’ll talk about your lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you’ve faced with nutrition or wellness. Together, we’ll come up with a few simple steps you can start taking as you feel ready. You’ll leave with a plan tailored to you and the support to build healthy, sustainable routines at a comfortable pace.
