About Annie
I’m a registered dietitian from Utah and currently based in New York City. I became a dietitian after being diagnosed with lupus and found relief by managing my symptoms through improved nutrition and medication. I help others cut through the noise of nutrition misinformation and build a healthier, more confident relationship with food.
Approach to care
I provide evidence-based care, accountability, education, and humor as we work towards nutrition goals together. We can develop meal plan that is sustainable for your lifestyle and background. We'll monitor lab values or physical symptoms to track our progress and work on small, specific goals together.
Your first session with Annie
During our first session, I want to understand your nutrition goals and what you hope to achieve by working together. I will gather important medical, social, weight, and nutrition history. Updated lab work is very helpful if possible to provide during our first session. I'm interested to learn your relationship with food, types of movement you enjoy, how you manage stress, and how habits around cooking meals.
