About Annie
Hi I'm Annie - a registered dietitian who believes that food should feel good, not stressful. I help people build healthy habits that actually fit their goals and their life, whether that's feeling more energized, finding balance, or just enjoying food again.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in flexibility, compassion, and helping you build a positive relationship with food. I believe nutrition should enhance your life not control it. Together, we'll focus on realistic habits, intuitive eating, and finding balance so you can feel good in your body and your choices.
Your first session with Annie
Your first session is all about getting to know you! We'll talk about your goal, daily habits, and what's been working (and not working) for you so far. From there, we'll create a plan that feel realistic and personalized - no judgement, no pressure, just a supportive conversation to help you start feeling your best.
Education
I received my Bachelors in Public Health from the University of Texas at Austin and my Masters in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern.
Hobbies
In my free time I love baking, reading, and going to the gym!
