About Anselma

You can feel confident knowing that you are being guided by a seasoned dietitian with 26 +years experience in pediatric nutrition and pre/postnatal nutrition. Anselma's expertise includes nutritional therapy with both children and adults with food allergies and intolerances, growth failure, special needs and feeding disorders. Adult therapy includes gluten free and other food intolerance, prenatal and postnatal with focus on Gestational diabetes and nutrition during pregnancy and lactation.

Approach to care

Anselma uses a Holistic approach which takes into account a client's unique needs, lifestyle, and environment to create an individualized plan for nutritional therapy. Anselma believes that what works well for one person doesn't always work for everyone and that working at a pace that is comfortable to the client is key for achieving healthy outcomes.

In your first session, Anselma will gather medical and nutritional history and work to develop goals that are important to you. She will take some time to learn what your lifestyle is like and go through your preferences to better understand you. Rest assured you will always be heard and treated with compassion and kindness.
