About Anthony
My name is Anthony and I love food! I am a father of 2 and I have been a registered dietitian for 11 years working as a nutrition counselor. I am also board certified in obesity and weight management. Though, weight loss is a focus of mine, I have experience in many areas of nutrition.
Approach to care
I believe in a person-centered approach to care. This means that I like to focus on the person, not the condition and consider all facets of one's life when making recommendations. I also believe putting ourselves first is integral to our health and making changes has to start with our internal motivation.
