About Anuja

Hi, I’m Anuja – a registered dietitian passionate about helping people reconnect with food in a way that supports both physical and emotional well-being. With a strong foundation in clinical nutrition and a deep understanding of the gut-brain connection, I support clients navigating chronic conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gut health issues, and more. Whether you’re working toward symptom relief, better energy, or peace with food, I’m here to help you feel supported every step of the way. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice or navigating a health condition that makes food feel like the enemy, you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place. I’m here to help you cut through the noise, reconnect with your body, and build a sustainable way of eating that supports both your health and your lifestyle. We’ll celebrate small wins, problem-solve barriers, and build habits that actually stick.

Approach to care

Whether you’re trying to manage a condition, heal your gut, optimize energy, or simply find peace with food, I tailor our sessions to your unique needs, preferences, and goals. You’ll leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools that truly fit your life. Let’s work together to calm your gut, support your mind, and bring joy and peace back to your plate. My approach is holistic, personalized, and culturally respectful. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, we’ll work together to create sustainable changes that align with your goals, your background, and your daily reality. Food should feel like nourishment—not punishment—and our work together will reflect that. Together, we’ll work toward progress—not perfection—and a healthier, more confident you.

Your first session with Anuja

In our first session, my goal is to truly understand you—not just your symptoms or medical history, but your day-to-day experiences with food, your culture, routines, and how you’re feeling both physically and emotionally. We’ll take time to talk through your health goals, any current concerns (like gut discomfort, blood sugar swings, or energy dips), and what a good relationship with food looks like for you. You don’t need to bring anything formal—just come as you are. If you have recent lab work, a medication list, or even thoughts you’ve been jotting down, those can help, but they’re not required. This is a space where your experiences and questions are welcome, and where we’ll begin building a plan that respects your lifestyle and evolves with your needs. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and small, achievable steps to start moving forward with confidence.
