About April

April has over 15 years of experience working as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in different settings, including hospitals, private practice, home health, dialysis, universities, and corporate wellness. These experiences have all led her to create a knowledge-base that is strong in both preventive healthcare and management of active health concerns. April is a working parent and student who can relate to individuals with busy lives looking for realistic solutions.

Approach to care

April is here to listen to your concerns, provide feedback, help identify barriers, and give useful tips to help you achieve your personal health goals. She started her career in wellness as a massage therapist and esthetician and believes that health incorporates many aspects of general wellbeing including movement, sleep, stress reduction, and a positive connection with food. She will help you build a plan that takes into account your unique circumstances.

Your first session with April

April will start by reviewing your health history, your general day-to-day schedule, and then mostly talk about food! She will ask about your food preferences and what you typically eat in a day. You will have time to ask questions and schedule follow-up appointments to keep on track with your goals.
