I'm April Dirteater, a Registered Dietitian and professional Bikini Body Builder (IFBB PRO) I have a strong passion for nutrition and fitness, and I've dedicated my career to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through a realistic and client-centered approach. I became a Registered Dietitian in 2021 and have guided hundreds of clients to develop healthy relationships with food, create solid nutrition foundations, and reach their goals.
Approach to care
I focus on permanent lifestyle changes that end the cycle of yo-yo dieting. I help those who are interested in weight management without strict diets and results that last. My approach is personalized, ensuring each client receives the support and guidance they need to succeed.
Your first session with April
During your initial appointment, which typically lasts an hour, you and we will get to know each other and establish what you want from your visits. Most of your time will be spent getting to know you as a person, setting realistic expectations, and goal setting.
