  • I am a 68 year old active woman who has struggled with my weight for years. I was under the idea that the less i eat the quicker I ll lose weight. But of course it doesnt work like that. It took April to show me how to eat the required calories, carbs fiber & protein . I ve lost 4 pounds in the first 10 days. I ve tried new food and have eaten like i haven’t in years. Feeling very full! April is great.
