About April

I’m a devoted dietitian, proud mother of two, and stepmother of two, with a deep passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Outside of my work, I love spending time in the kitchen with my family, creating new and exciting meals that bring everyone together. When I’m not cooking, you can often find me at the pool or on the tennis courts, enjoying an active lifestyle and making the most of my time outdoors. My personal and professional lives are both grounded in a commitment to health, balance, and meaningful connections.

Approach to care

I believe every person’s nutrition journey is unique, and my goal is to provide practical, personalized guidance that meets each patient where they are. I combine evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with compassion, active listening, and a focus on realistic solutions that fit into daily life. Whether managing a medical condition, supporting growth and development, or helping a family adapt to dietary changes, I work collaboratively to create plans that are both nourishing and sustainable. My approach centers on education, empowerment, and making food an enjoyable part of life.
