About April
I’m a devoted dietitian with over 15 years of experience and a proud mom of four. I’m passionate about helping others create balanced, sustainable lifestyles through practical nutrition guidance and education. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dog, playing tennis, reading, walking, hiking, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Approach to care
I believe every person’s nutrition journey is unique, and my goal is to provide practical, personalized guidance that meets each patient where they are. I combine evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with compassion, active listening, and a focus on realistic solutions that fit into daily life. Whether managing a medical condition, supporting growth and development, or helping a family adapt to dietary changes, I work collaboratively to create plans that are both nourishing and sustainable. My approach centers on education, empowerment, and making food an enjoyable part of life.
