About AprylHazle
I’m a registered dietitian with a background in clinical nutrition and experience in kidney transplant care. I help people find a balanced, realistic way to eat — no guilt, no perfection. Food is more than just fuel; it’s celebration, comfort, and connection. My goal is to help you feel confident in your choices, trust your body, and make nutrition something that fits your real life.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition care is collaborative and individualized. I work closely with each person to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and goals, creating strategies that fit seamlessly into daily life rather than demanding unrealistic changes.
Your first session with AprylHazle
Your first session is designed to help you understand yourself, your health, and your goals. We’ll review your medical history, lifestyle, and current eating habits, and discuss any lab results or medications that may affect your nutrition. Together, we’ll identify priorities and set realistic, personalized goals.
