About Ariana

Hi, I'm Ariana, a Registered Dietitian based in both Cape Cod, Massachusetts and Phoenix, Arizona with seven years of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food. I earned my BS in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Saint Joseph. My career spans clinical and hospital settings, private practice, and corporate wellness, so I bring a practical, evidence-based perspective to everyday life. Outside of clinic hours, you'll find me hiking, cooking, lifting weights, practicing hot yoga, reading, listening to true crime podcasts, or hanging with my dogs. I'm here to walk beside you, not judge you, as we create lasting change together.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is rooted in evidence-based science, but it feels personal. I approach every client with empathy and warmth, meeting you where you are and partnering with you to build sustainable habits rather than chasing quick fixes. You'll find a direct, action-oriented plan that sets clear steps and small milestones. I view health as holistic, honoring mental and emotional well-being, sleep, and daily life. I'll share practical knowledge so you can make informed choices that fit your values and your life.

Your first session with Ariana

Think of our first appointment as a calm, curious conversation about you. We'll start by reviewing your medical history and lab results in plain language, then dive into your relationship with food and the stories that guide your eating patterns. Together we'll set a few short-term goals that feel doable, and outline practical steps you can start this week. There is no pressure to have everything figured out in advance; you bring your questions and your goals, and I bring a collaborative plan that respects your pace and priorities.
