Our first session is all about building a strong foundation for a trusting, collaborative partnership. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors so I can gain a full picture of your unique needs. From there, I’ll begin crafting a personalized nutrition plan that reflects your goals, routine, preferences, and environment. Your path is your own, and I’m here to help you navigate it. We’ll make sure your goals are both realistic and meaningful, setting you up for long-term success. By the end of the appointment, you’ll have a clear understanding of the journey ahead and the tools to begin making lasting changes!
