Your first session with Arielle
During your first session, you can expect to be seen, heard, and valued in a supportive and judgment-free environment. We’ll begin by discussing your health history, current eating habits, and any previous experiences with dietary changes. This helps me gain a clear understanding of your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll identify your goals and explore practical, sustainable strategies to help you reach them. By the end of the session, you’ll have a personalized plan and a sense of confidence about the next steps in your wellness journey.
