About Arielle
Hi, I'm Arielle, a Registered Dietitian with an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics. I have experience in clinical settings and in community health, partnering with people to build healthier relationships with food. I work through an evidence-based lens and a Health At Every Size approach, with real emphasis on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. I’m grateful to do this work and to walk beside you as you set attainable goals.
Approach to care
I care for you as a whole person, and I’ll meet you where you are. My practice blends evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, nonjudgmental stance, so you feel seen and heard. We’ll focus on clear, practical steps and accountability, not guilt or shame. I center Health At Every Size and weight-neutral ideas, helping you build habits that you can sustain. Each plan is educational and tailored to your life, so you feel equipped to make thoughtful choices long after our sessions end.
Your first session with Arielle
Our first session is a warm, collaborative conversation. We’ll establish short-term goals, review lab work and biometrics if you have them, and take a deeper look at your relationship with food. You don’t need to arrive with answers; I’ll listen, ask questions, and help you articulate what matters most. Together we’ll outline 1-2 realistic next steps that fit your schedule and values, setting a tone of support and steady momentum for the weeks ahead.
