About Ashlee
Hi, I’m Ashlee! I’m a Registered Dietitian born and raised in Austin, TX. I fell in love with nutrition in college while working with a sports dietitian, and quickly realized this was the career where I could truly help people feel their best. I’ve also faced my own nutrition challenges and food intolerances, so I understand how overwhelming conflicting information and “quick-fix” diets online can feel. Because of that, my passion is helping you cut through the noise and find what works for your body and lifestyle. My goal is to build a supportive relationship where you feel heard, guided, and empowered — whether you're working toward intuitive eating, weight loss, managing a chronic condition, or simply wanting to feel better in your everyday life.

I believe that every body is unique, which means there’s no one “right” way to eat. My goal is to help you find a way of eating that fits your lifestyle, supports your goals, and makes you feel your best — both physically and mentally. I focus on understanding your whole story so we can get to the root of what’s going on and create lasting, realistic changes that work for you. Food should fuel your body, bring you joy, and fit naturally into your day — not feel like something you have to fight against. Together, we’ll build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that helps you feel confident, energized, and in control of your well-being.

Your first session is all about you! We’ll take time to get to know your health history, lifestyle, and goals so I can understand the full picture of your nutrition needs. Together, we’ll talk through what’s working, what feels challenging, and start creating a realistic plan that fits your life. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and confident about your next steps toward feeling your best.
