About Ashlee
Hi! I'm Ashlee, a Registered Dietitian and I'm so glad you're here! I earned my degree from Kansas State University in 2013 and have been passionate about nutrition since a very young age. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone succeed in reaching their goals. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, navigating food sensitivities or just trying to feel better, I'm here to support you!
Approach to care
My approach to care is centered on understanding your individual needs. I take time to understand you - your health history, habits, preferences and lifestyle- so we can create a nutrition plan that's realistic and sustainable. You'll hear me say this a lot: "we're building sustainable habits." My goal is to help you make realistic changes to support your long term health, not just temporary fixes.
Your first session with Ashlee
In our first session, we will dive into what brought you here. We'll talk about your goals, health background and your current eating and lifestyle habits. By the end of the session, we will set a couple of realistic goals to work on until our next meeting.
