About Ashleigh
Stop fighting your food. Start fueling your life. As a millennial mom and RD with 10+ years of experience, I know the drill: youâre caring for everyone else, and your own health is at the bottom of the "to-do" list. Youâre tired of rigid rules, "quick fixes," and the shame that follows them. Iâm not here to "fix" you or hand you a restrictive meal plan. Iâm here to partner with you. My approach is rooted in a Masterâs degree in nutrition counseling, but guided by a deep respect for your lived experience. Health is personal. Care should be, too. Letâs build habits that actually fit your culture, your family, and your real, messy, beautiful life: no judgment, just support.
Approach to care
Iâm not here to hand you a plan and send you on your way. Iâm here to help you rebuild your relationship with food from the ground up. Weight-Inclusive: No numbers, no shame, no "weight-first" goals. Trauma-Informed: We honor your past to help you navigate your future. Person-Centered: We start with whatâs realistic for you right now. The goal? To move away from the "diet" cycle and toward sustainable, long-term health. I provide the structure; you provide the lived experience. Together, we make it work.
Your first session with Ashleigh
Your first session: A place to exhale. The first time we meet isnât about "fixing" you; itâs about finding clarity. There are no "right" answers and zero expectations to be perfect. Weâll sit down (virtually!) and talk through: Your Story: Whatâs felt hard, whatâs worked, and what brought you here today. Your Priorities: Whether itâs blood sugar, energy levels, or just feeding your kids without the stress. Your Life: We fit nutrition into your reality, not the other way around. Youâll leave with a clear roadmap, a few realistic next steps, and the feeling of finally being heard.
