Education
Ashley holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness from Bradley University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University. She completed her dietetic internship at Bradley University with an emphasis on clinical nutrition and has advanced training in nutrition support. Ashley is an active member of the American Society of Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN), where she serves on multiple committees. Her research on nutrition in critical care has been published in Critical Care Medicine.
Hobbies
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys trying new recipes, exploring local coffee shops, and spending time outdoors. She’s passionate about travel, mindful movement, and staying curious—whether through continuing education or a good book.
