About Ashley
Hey, I’m Ashley — a Registered Dietitian from Texas. My journey into nutrition began through my own struggles with food and body image, which led me to seek understanding beyond diets and rules. Along the way, God reshaped my perspective on health, healing, and the purpose of the body — teaching me that our bodies are meant to be cared for with intention, not managed through fear or restriction. Today, I’m passionate about helping others move out of food guilt and confusion and into freedom, balance, and nourishment that supports real life.
Approach to care
In my practice, I believe nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Each individual is uniquely created, with different needs, preferences, and health goals. I take a personalized, evidence-based approach that emphasizes nourishment, function, and lasting health. My focus is on realistic nutrition strategies that support both physical well-being and a healthy relationship with food. Through education, collaboration, and compassionate support, I help clients steward their God-given bodies in a way that promotes healing and strength.
Your first session with Ashley
When we begin working together, our first session will focus on understanding your health history, current eating patterns, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we’ll identify what’s been holding you back and begin creating a clear, realistic plan that supports long-term health. This is a supportive space, but it’s also purposeful — focused on education, clarity, and sustainable change. I’ll guide the process and help you take practical steps forward with confidence.

Reading God’s Word daily keeps me grounded, growing, and strengthened. Outside of work, I prioritize strength training and staying active as a way to care for my body and mind.
