Your first session with Ashley
During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and reviewing your current eating habits, lifestyle, medical history, medications and supplements, your relationship with food, and the health goals that are important to you. I’ll also provide education along the way so you can better understand how nutrition connects to your health and feel confident making informed choices. From there, we’ll work together to set realistic, manageable goals and create a personalized plan that fits your life. This is a supportive, judgment-free space, you don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. I’m here to guide you, answer questions, provide education, and support you every step of the way. I look forward to chatting with you!
