About Ashley
Hi! My name is Ashley and I'm a registered dietitian out of Michigan. I fell in love with nutrition early on, but knew I wanted to work with eating disorders and disordered eating when I got into grad school. I've been working at a psychiatric hospital for the past 2 years specializing in eating disorders and I am very passionate about helping those struggling with eating.
Approach to care
I work very differently with each person I interact with. I believe that there is no "one size fits all" approach to nutrition. I love to educate people about what it truly healthy for them. I look forward to taking this journey together.
Your first session with Ashley
